I have developed these methods over the last 20 years whilst looking after hundreds of babies and children, and I can tell you; they really do work!

Sleep Packages

Three levels of support depending on your individual family needs helping you, your child or as a whole family. From 30 days to one year.

Package 1 - Cub

Includes an Initial assessment, Tailor-made Sleep Plan, follow up Call, Support & Guidance for 30 days.

Sleep Solutions for parents with/whose children:

  • Wake up at night/ early in morning
  • Refuse to go to bed/ can't fall asleep
  • Come into your bed in the middle of the night
  • Poor settlers, who want you to lie with them
  • Only take short naps or wake every two hours
  • Wake for feeds in the night *Over 6 months old
  • Children who need feeding , rocking or use a dummy to go to sleep
  • A child who previously slept well and is now waking regularly

Package 2 - Kangaroo

Sleep Or Stress/Post Natal Depression
Includes:

  •  In depth Assessment, outlining your family's current needs and priorities
  • Tailor-made SLEEP PLAN / ACTION PLAN adapted to you/your child's needs
  • Follow up call (up to 30minutes) for Initial plan review after 2- 4 days
  • 4-6 Weekly 30 minutes support calls to help keep you on track and address anything that has changed or is concerning you.
  • 45 Days continued support with emails in between

Package 3 - Tiger

Creating Confidence and Family Fun
Includes:

  • In depth Assessment, outlining your family's current needs and priorities
  • Tailor-made SLEEP PLAN / BEHAVIOUR STRATEGIES + follow up call
  • *Personalized home visit, summary and support plan/guide
  • Communication strategies and tips helping reduce family arguments
  • Flexibility to call and get advice when you it suits you
  • 10 x 45-60 minute calls (Can Share calls between both parents)
  • 12 months Support/Coaching
